Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Phlebotomist of Ambulatory Services is cross trained to perform a variety of duties while working collaboratively with the providers and office leadership. In this role you will be responsible for venipunctures and finger sticks, processing requisitions, and preparing specimens to send to the laboratory for processing.
