Job Title SAP iDoc Specialist (All genders) Job Description: SAP iDoc Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving SAP iDoc processing issues supporting all businesses across Supply Chain order Management The role ensures data integrity, operational continuity, and compliance across SAP and integrated systems by proactively managing iDoc performance and coordinating issue resolution with IT and business stakeholders. Your role: Continuously overseeing SAP iDoc transmissions to identify processing errors, delays, or failures in a timely manner. Investigating iDoc errors and applying corrective actions to ensure smooth document flow and minimize business impact. Working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve iDoc-related issues and escalate when needed. Liaising with SAP Basis and ABAP teams to implement enhancements, patches, and configurations that improve iDoc performance. Designing and maintaining dashboards, monitoring tools, and reports to track iDoc metrics, identify recurring issues, and drive improvements.
