Job Summary The Facility Services: Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the Conversion and Housekeeping departments and leading staff by example to achieve world‑class standards. This role drives excellence at every level by motivating, coaching, and developing team members to ensure the building is consistently clean, safe, and event‑ready, delivering one of the best facility experiences in the NHL and North America. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Directs conversion and housekeeping personnel and day‑to‑day activities to ensure seamless, efficient operations and adherence to operational standards on a designated shift. - Leads pre‑shift meetings to promote team engagement, motivation, safety awareness, training reinforcement, and communication of company and event‑specific information. - Plans and executes off season summer projects and maintenance - Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Identifies and implements process improvements to simplify work methods, enhance working conditions, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness. - Practices sound fiscal management with a focus on...
