The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for processing accurate orders for PTC customers and partners, as well as for processing customer requests and investigating license-related questions. Our new colleague will collaborate closely with various departments, such as Finance, License Management, and Operations Teams, as well as with the Sales Organization.
