We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused team player who can work the front and the back of the shop — someone who's equally comfortable talking to a customer about their project and running jobs through finishing and production. This is a hybrid role, meaning no two days look exactly the same. You'll be the face of the shop for customers while also keeping production moving.
