Essential Duties and Responsibilities Regional Leasing Strategy & Portfolio Performance - Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies across assigned assets and development projects - Evaluate market conditions, competitive assets, and development pipelines to inform pricing, positioning, and deal structuring decisions - Identify and pursue high-value tenant opportunities aligned with portfolio objectives and targeted returns - Establish target tenant strategies for new development and redevelopment initiatives - Drive quarterly and annual leasing performance against established goals Transaction Leadership & Deal Structuring: - Lead complex lease negotiations from initial engagement through execution - Structure transactions to optimize long-term asset value and financial performance - Oversee the full leasing lifecycle, ensuring timely occupancy and rent commencement - Guide financial analysis, underwriting, and deal comparisons to support decision-making - Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from lease execution to operations Market Engagement & Business Development: - Serve as a senior representative of Alexandria within the regional life...
