Job Title Payroll Specialist (Nashville, TN) Job Description: As a Payroll Specialist you are responsible for the timely and accurate input of sensitive payroll data and the processing of employee payroll. Answering employee and manager inquiries and resolving payroll issues in an expeditious and professional manner are also key aspects of this role. This position entails a high responsibility in terms of financial results, compliance and data privacy. Your role: Perform accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies between payroll systems, in addition to, analyzing audit reports for payroll errors and process off-cycle checks when needed. Provide support for HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll functions, including employee inquiries and compliance reporting. Functioning as Subject Matter Expert with regard to all aspects payroll system functionality, as well as, policies and procedures You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years’ experience in payroll, human resources or an equivalent field of experience.
