Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience team! Your influence and impact will be seen as you lead multiple, concurrent reporting and analytics initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. What You’ll Do: - Initiate, execute, lead and support customers on managed services engagements, providing financial analysis, project control, custom reporting, and analytical support - Gather and document requirements for custom reports using excel and business intelligence tools; develop, test and document these highly technical and innovative solutions to meet customer needs - Serve as a key resource across Unanet on capabilities and functionality of BI/Analytics /Datalake offerings - Design and develop custom Analytics entities (e.g., dashboards, reports, visualizations) for customers per their requirements, including via BI tools or Excel as needed - Work with broader Technical Services Group to develop packaged offerings and support or customize those offerings for customers - Support the customer throughout implementation to contribute to successful adoption of Unanet and BI/Analytics solutions - L...
