Summary: Primary responsibility is the production of quality parts while maintaining rate. Reads work instructions and follow oral instructions. 1st and 2nd Shift available. Hourly Rate starts at $20.00 Key Responsibilities: - Load / Unload metal Hitches to a conveyor line to be painted. - Read / Follow Process and Work Instructions. - Performs jobs within operation of assigned work area. - Uses Help Chain for equipment problems and scrap/quality issues - Follows IATF16949 requirements per standards - Follows ISO 14001 requirements per standards. - Maintains 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in the assigned work area. - Reports any and all safety issues immediately to supervisor / team leader / management staff. - Maintains compliance to Company policies, work rules, safety standards and housekeeping policies.
