Overview Opportunities abound at Sound!: Sound is growing and we are hiring a clinical care coordinator in Seattle, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model. The clinical care coordinator will coordinate school-based support services in collaboration with the public schools. This person will also provide cross-system coordination of services with the School districts and in the community. Additionally, this clinical care coordinator will develop/monitor individualized Care plans with multi-disciplinary teams, provide treatment services when appropriate, coordinate care with children/families, school districts, and other agencies and other child caring systems, and facilitate referrals and ensure continuity of care.
