The responsibilities include: First point of contact for IT provider support, provide one-on-one support services for physicians, assist with the creation and maintenance of PowerPlans and PowerNotes for the physicians, educating physicians on current systems, and assisting with implementing, upgrading and supporting application systems Job Description: - Leads and supports physician education and training by delivering instruction on clinical technology processes and tools. Applies deep EHR expertise to evaluate workflows that impact organizational initiatives, operational efficiency, and the patient experience. - Identifies opportunities to use technology to streamline and enhance clinical workflow.
