Job Description Evaluation: - Administers job description process: Reviews job evaluation requests for new or revised job descriptions to determine appropriate job leveling and FLSA exemption status. Utilizes job evaluation criteria and available salary market data. - Reviews job description content, evaluation questionnaires and job equity guidelines to ensure evaluation methodology and criteria are applied consistently and objectively. - Reviews the job qualification requirements to ensure appropriate alignment with comparable jobs and to meet legal and compliance considerations. - Maintains documentation and related attributes in database Salary Administration: - Administers HMSA's compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, bonuses, special recognition, and most forms of cash compensation. Ensures salary actions are within established guidelines and align with HMSA's pay philosophy. - Develops reports and reviews salary data to conduct internal salary equity analysis. - Assists in the development of annual salary structure proposal(s).
