Assist in developing and implementing compliance auditing and monitoring strategies and tools related to identified risk areas and federal, state, and other regulatory agency requirements. Conduct on-site regulatory compliance audits. Collect and maintain data from chart reviews, unit self-audits, and Epic electronic audits. Manage data and produce reports identifying deficiencies. Provide support with knowledge of policies, procedures and training requirements. Work with Accreditation Analyst and/or other Leadership as needed to improve and/or maintain compliance.
