Your Mission The Senior HRIS & Automation Specialist is the technical backbone of AIRE Ancient Baths’ People & Culture function globally. With Workday already implemented, this role is responsible for three things: owning the technical evolution of the platform and its integrations, driving the consolidation of payroll systems across 5 countries into a single provider, and building the automation and data infrastructure that will allow People to scale.
