Women’s Lacrosse Assistant Coach Skidmore College – Athletics, Fitness and Recreation Department Skidmore College’s department of Athletics, Fitness and Recreation invites applications for a full time 10-month position with benefits as Assistant Coach for Women’s Lacrosse. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a competitive NCAA Division III program while gaining hands-on coaching and administrative experience. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with all aspects of daily practices, training sessions, and game preparation - Coaching and mentoring student-athletes in a competitive, inclusive environment - Recruiting prospective student-athletes in alignment with the values and academic standards of Skidmore College - Scouting opponents and contributing to game strategy - Managing film exchange and game film breakdown - Overseeing the team’s social media presence and content creation - Supporting team operations including equipment room responsibilities and home game management - Building positive relationships and communicating effectively with student-athletes, families, faculty, staff, and alumni - Other duties as assigned by the head coach...
