We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Program. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Based on the needs of the clients and the program, additional hours are expected including evening and weekends. Responsibilities include the following: - Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members utilizing a variety of supervisory methodologies. - Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients. - Maintain electronic medical record training and be able to train new staff and maintain ability to assist staff with questions and concerns. - Review all treatment records and reports pertaining to the...
