This position is an integral member of the Downstate Regions Supervisory team who will be directly responsible for leading commercial cleaning operations, Commercial Landscape Services and Snow and Ice Management, ensuring that service commitments are fully met, and that the business exceeds budget and growth expectations. With customers located throughout, this position is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of service, training, and performance management of staff, and in meeting all operational and sales expectations for the assigned Market.
