Job Summary: The Wound/Ostomy Nurse is a Registered Nurse with advanced education, training and clinical expertise in the care of patients with wounds, ostomies and incontinence. The Wound/Ostomy Nurse serves as a clinical resource and consultant for all members of the healthcare team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the care, education, and rehabilitation of all patients with specific disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems.
