Job DetailsJob Location: Africa - San Marcos, TX 78666Position Type: Full TimePURPOSE: Serve as a Flying Aviation Maintenance Technician and Flight Attendant/Loadmaster, performing maintenance on aircraft operating under FAA Part 135 flight rules and providing safe transport of passengers and cargo as assigned by the company and the DOD customer. Aircraft will be assigned to a government contract in OCONUS operations, providing passenger/cargo transport as well as causality evacuation and aerial delivery support of the government client in an austere environment. Incumbent will be responsible for performing maintenance duties on the assigned type of fixed wing turboprop aircraft in addition to Flight Attendant/Loadmaster duties for passengers, cargo, and aerial delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES: Aviation Maintenance Technician 1. Accomplish scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with the company maintenance publications, manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, and the FAA part 135 regulations as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician. 2.
