Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.50: Union Position: No Department Details: We are looking for a Health Information Management (HIM) Document Imaging Technician to join our team. This role works onsite handling paper documents and scanning records into an electronic format. Understanding of patient confidentiality and ability to uphold Sanford’s commitment to protecting privacy is required. Prior experience in healthcare environment and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Pay starts at $15.00 with additional credit given for work experience relative to this role. Summary: Provides department assistance by performing a variety of duties, including scanning, data entry, copying, alphabetic and numeric sorting, retrieving documents and medical records, chart pick-up, and other tasks.
