About the Role: We’re looking for a compassionate, empathetic Support Worker to join our team at our new Gosford disability accommodation site. We work with participants with varying needs from physical support, intellectual support, social support, mental health & challenging behaviours. This service is a waterfront apartment building that blends luxury and accessibility. Integrating specially designed SDA rental apartments featuring our concierge model. This innovative concierge support model allows people with High Physical support needs to reach their ultimate independence.
