Position Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to optimize maintenance activities and ensure efficient execution of work orders. This role focuses on planning future jobs, coordinating resources, and supporting plant reliability initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process SAP work requests; create detailed job plans for routine and non-routine tasks. - Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), PMs, BOMs, and job kits. - Coordinate parts procurement, storeroom inventory, and job order kitting. - Communicate with departments and maintenance supervisors to align priorities and schedules. - Audit maintenance tasks and support plant TPM activities. - Maintain a healthy backlog of work requests and ensure timely execution.
