Job description

As an Engineering Automation Maintenance Manager (Off Shift) , you will be accountable for providing leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the automation maintenance department, including functions associated with maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, operation, and repair of production equipment to ensure equipment OEE goals. Act as liaison with production and engineering departments in the prioritization of projects and repairs. Ensures documentation, procedures, and metrics are kept up to date and in compliance. This position will oversee both 2nd and 3rd shift personnel. Shift hours listed below. 2nd shift - Monday - Friday - 2:30pm - 11:00pm What you can expect in this role: Lead the 2nd and 3rd shift automation maintenance department. Establish work schedules, shift assignments and work prioritization. Ensure engineering maintenance department compliance with all company policies and procedures.
