Overview The position of a 14x14 rotational Shelf Mechanic is responsible for various mechanical maintenance and repairs on offshore facilities. Responsibilities: - Operate offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements. - Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment. - Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and government agencies. - Maintain and troubleshoot turbine compressors, generators, gas/diesel generators, compressors, and reciprocating equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.). - Utilize computer knowledge for maintenance tasks. - Familiarity with subsea equipment. - Maintain platform organization. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment. - Safety-oriented with a focus on compliance. - H2S experience - Create policies and procedures for maintenance, testing, and inspections of offshore lifeboats. - Apply technical mechanical skills for maintenance tasks.
