Job Title : Dispatcher, Central Dispatch Job Summary: The Central Dispatch Supervisor manages and coordinates the timely movement of customers freight while utilizing resources in the most cost-effective manner. They assess freight volumes and forecasts to execute load planning. This position provides integrated and comprehensive line haul solutions, generates reports, and coordinates line haul communication for a given region. The Central Dispatch Supervisor analyzes TFF operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and maximize efficiencies. They supervise specialists and clerks working within a region. In addition, this position communicates extensively with field operations personnel so that plans are understood, and expectations are met.
