Your role Reporting to the Senior Director - Site Head of Engineering & Maintenance and part of their leadership team this is a key role as the Head of Integrated Facility & Operations Services. This site based leadership role is accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of integrated operational and facility services supporting our complex manufacturing facilities. You will lead operational services supporting manufacturing including compliance engineering, requalification, facility maintenance and Integrated Facility Maintenance (by outsourced partners), maintenance shutdown planning, MRO and planning, engineering data and drawing governance, and operational readiness associated with capital projects handover.
