The Manager, Payments Operational Resiliency is responsible for supporting and executing a global payments resiliency framework, focused on documenting and testing preventative measures. The payments resiliency framework supported by this individual and team will be responsible for safeguarding the bank’s critical payment services from technology disruptions and outages as well as attacks and threats from malicious parties. This role focuses on strengthening the bank’s ability to anticipate and recover from operational and technology-related disruptions, while minimizing customer, financial and reputational impact.
