Experience Design, Lead The Opportunity: Explores all aspects of a customer's experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques, including extensive market research, ethnographic research, and usability translating research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.
