Description Everyone knows the pool is the coolest place to be in the summer. Join our Aquatics Team to make sure everyone can enjoy the pool in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you’re a lifeguard, a swim instructor, or a little bit of both, you’re going to love working in aquatics at the Y because you’re helping swimmers feel confident and gain experience in the water. No lifeguard experience? No problem, we’ll train you! POSITION DESCRIPTION: Join our team as a Swim Instructor and help individuals of all ages develop essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to teach at both our indoor pool at the Y and the outdoor Stillwater City Pool during the summer, providing a dynamic and rewarding experience for passionate swim educators.
