Product Training Specialist

Job description

Job Description The Product Training Specialist is responsible for delivering technical training to Carrier’s commercial HVAC technicians on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of applied HVAC systems. This includes air- and water-cooled equipment, centrifugal, screw, and scroll compressors, air handlers, and related components such as pumps, heat exchangers, and coolant distribution units (CDU). This role plays a key part in developing Carrier’s technical workforce, with a particular focus on data center systems and applications. The specialist partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions, while supporting key training delivery platforms to meet internal customer needs.
