Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years of experience in IT services, staffing, strategic resourcing, or technology consulting. - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver on commitments. - Understanding of IT workforce solutions, managed resourcing, or technology staffing. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Track record of meeting defined objectives or targets.
