We are looking for someone who: - Has operated at a portfolio strategy level — not only individual product management. - Understands hardware with embedded software and the lifecycle challenges that come with it. - Has experience managing technology partnerships, including API or platform integrations. - Is data‑driven, analytical, and comfortable with financial metrics and portfolio KPIs. - Collaborates naturally and influences effectively in a global matrix organisation. Preferred: - Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Surveying, or equivalent. - 5+ years of product management experience, including portfolio‑level work. - Experience with product launches and cross‑functional alignment. - Fluent English. - Background in construction tech, industrial automation, or geospatial technology. - Scandinavian languages or German.
