Water Resources/Drainage Project Manager

Weston & Sampson is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in hydraulics and drainage design to work with our Rocky Hill, CT team. What you’ll do: - Mentor Junior Engineers and/or assist Team leaders with engineering work. - Responsible for preparing studies, design plans, specifications and other contract documents for public bidding and to meet client deliverables. - Responsible for leading a variety of hydraulics & drainage related projects from a technical and financial perspective and overseeing the work of support staff. - Responsible for managing projects and communication with clients, review and permitting agencies, and other disciplines. - Responsible for scope and fee preparation for projects and proposals. - Peer review services of designs prepared by others. - Work will include supporting our other disciplines as well as our external client base. - Responsible for team’s workload planning, budget management, proposal preparation and client interactions.
