You will: - Act as a strategic partner to G&A leaders, developing a deep understanding of their teams, roles, and priorities. - Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent searches: from building sourcing strategies from scratch through offer structuring and close. - Use pipeline data, conversion metrics, and market benchmarks to diagnose problems early and influence hiring decisions. - Stay ahead of search dynamics by anticipating stakeholder needs, refining processes, and keeping hiring teams aligned and moving. - Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and sourcers to ensure a transparent, consistent, and candidate-first interview experience. - Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams. - You enjoy...
