Job Summary The CFS Manager position is a leadership role. As a CFS Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day service and support of Hub Group clients which are mid-tier consumer packaged goods manufacturers, as well as manage a team of Warehouse Account Managers. You will successfully manage many client relationships and manage an operations team focused on providing warehousing and distribution solutions. Our goal is to provide industry-leading client service and ensure superior and expeditious execution of client requirements. This role includes significant client interface responsibilities. As a CFS Manager, you’ll be part of the backbone of the daily operation at Hub Group. Essential Job Functions: order level data; recommend improvement and implement changes based on results of research. Approve and track orders. configurations, pricing, etc. are properly set up for current accounts and be intimately involved with any changes that may occur over the life of an account. - Manage a team of Warehouse Account Managers. - Manage daily core account management processes for all applicable accounts, including ad hoc and retail driven consolidation programs. - Monitor and...
