We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, development, and execution of our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy across a rapidly scaling, multi-brand organization. This role will play a critical part in shaping how we attract, retain, and motivate talent—ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance. A key focus of this role will be building and evolving sales compensation frameworks across our commercial teams, as well as standardizing reward practices across acquired entities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in total rewards strategy within high-growth, complex environments and thrives in building scalable, data-driven programs from the ground up.
