Project Manager Department: Project Management: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Francisco, CA: Reporting To: Andrew McHale: Description: SUMMARY OF PURPOSE: The Project Manager role plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of construction projects to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters and the intent of the construction documents are adhered to. The Project Manager effectively communicates with office staff assigned to the project, project accounting, the projects field staff, subcontractors and vendors and the owner’s consultants. The Project Manager provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders. The position requires considerable judgment and latitude in performing job duties, and is expected to function effectively with minimal to moderate direct oversight by the CEO.
