Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in guiding Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) programs. - Experience working in health, consumer electronics, or in wearable technologies. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Familiarity with hardware and software development cycles and processes that ensure successful product launch or go-to-market execution. - Understanding of ML/AI principles and evaluations, and their distinctions from traditional software development. - Ability to execute, prioritize, and influence multiple complex, changing programs involving teams. - Excellent communication skills.
