Job Description: The Food & Beverage and Culinary Coordinator is an integral part of the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This individual will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the seamless coordination of both departments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. This role plays a critical part in driving departmental efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.
