Compensation: $82,000 - $95,000 annually: Summary: The Provider Recruiter is a strategic and experienced talent acquisition professional responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. This role collaborates with leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure the organization is staffed with top-tier clinical providers.
