What's the role? Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, as a Client Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Partnerships and support teams, empowering them to achieve sales outcomes efficiently. You will be a primary point of contact for operational inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges. Your responsibilities will include supporting change initiatives, improving operational procedures, and enhancing the user experience. You will also contribute to maintaining News Corp's corporate governance by ensuring adherence to key Audit controls.
