Overview Reporting to the Director of K‑LOVE Kids, the Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for directing the day‑to‑day operational execution of projects, content, and initiatives across the team. This role plays a vital part in overseeing workflows, coordinating assets and logistics, and driving progress through active coordination, follow‑through, and issue resolution to ensure timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements are met. The Sr. Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of K‑LOVE Kids and cross‑functional partners across Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Production teams to align execution with ministry priorities, address operational challenges, and ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with excellence.
