Lead Maintenance Engineer

Job Description Summary The Lead Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in ensuring availability of manufacturing assets at the Huntsville Site. This role reports to the Operations Manager in a PSM-covered plant and will focus primarily on increasing OEE through RCFA and implementation of maintenance best practices. The Lead Maintenance Engineer will support production, maintenance, and small projects while acting as a mentor and subject matter expert.
