This role offers an opportunity to support and enhance our HR technology infrastructure while gaining invaluable experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). As an HRIS Analyst, the role is pivotal in the management, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform, ensuring seamless HR operations and improved organizational efficiency. Job Functions: Assist in the ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring its smooth operation. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Participate in system testing, configuration, and implementation of new features and functionalities. Manage and update employee data within the Workday system, including but not limited to mass data changes, and data corrections. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide HR and management with key insights and metrics. Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Monitor system performance and implement updates as needed.
