As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with our retail and specialist customers. This is a relationship-led sales role focused on account growth, customer experience, and long-term partnerships. About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trade and retail customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve service outcomes, and strengthen customer loyalty. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate information, timely support, and consistent communication.
