Step into a pivotal role as People Business Partner - Surface Mining , partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people partnership across our operations. You will be a trusted partner and plays a key part in building leadership capability, supporting workforce performance and ensuring people practices are applied consistently and compliantly at the Tropicana operation.
