Director - Health, Equity and Wellbeing Consultant

Our Health and Benefits business help large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies. The Role: As a Director you will consult on a wide variety of health, equity and wellbeing projects, involving wellbeing strategy, clinical condition management, and vendor evaluations. You will serve as the communication liaison with our clients and their program vendors, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
