Boeing Global Services Product Support Operations Manager (Retrofit, Repair, Modification & Maintenance) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services is seeking a Product Support Operations Manager (Retrofit, Repair, Modification & Maintenance ) to oversee an aircraft modification team at Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. This team supports ongoing modification and sustainment efforts on assigned aircraft. The selected individual must have strong team-building skills and be capable of working with external, corporate, and DoD customer partners to execute contracted aircraft modifications in a joint environment. Individual selected will lead the Boeing team while providing oversight on training, team development, employee time and pay as well as perform basic human resources functions. Additionally, the team member will provide oversight and input on modification processes, scheduling, kitting and tooling procurement and overall mod execution.
