About the Role: Reporting to the Training Superintendent, this challenging and rewarding role involves hands-on development and delivery of course material, conducting individual competency assessments and coordinating document management. Working closely with operational leaders and the OHST team, the Training Advisor drives continuous improvement through skills development, competency assurance, statutory compliance, and workforce engagement. This position plays a key role in supporting line management and building a culture of learning and safety across the site.
