Day - 12 Hour (United States of America) In accordance with the mission and philosophy of ValleyCare Health System, the Unit Secretary, is a member of the health care team who assists in the coordination of total patient care, under the direction of a Charge Nurse. This position is the focal point of communication and flow of the nursing unit. Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patient. Provides continuous cardiac monitoring as a trained observer at the nurses station. Maintains a safe a clean environment to facilitate the workflow of all the care providers.
